Prior to placing purchase orders with FF&E manufacturers, we discuss the timeline with clients and key stakeholders, and produce a schedule based on manufacturers’ stock, project needs, and critical path items.

We monitor production and transportation status. Upon delivery, our logistics team and designers address the punch list and ensure efficient and timely completion of the project.
