LOLA Staging was founded by a team of real estate professionals and the designers of Bluarch, an international architecture, interior design, and lighting design firm with offices in New York, Miami, and Rome.

Our teams of designers, project managers, and logistical associates are led by Bianca Armstrong, a veteran in the industry who has handled operations and managed large scale projects in several international markets.

We deliver beautiful and marketable properties via a turn-key process where all aspects of a project are handled internally from design, to sourcing, to procurement, to logistics, to installation. 

LOLA Staging partners with developers, hotel brands, real estate companies to stage listings, create model residences, furnish rentals, procure FF&E and OS&E for hotels and other hospitality venues.
